 ECHS beneficiaries should be able to submit their reimbursement claims online through the Bill Processing Agency (BPA) Site (www.echsbpa.uititsl.com). Beneficiaries can submit reimbursement claims for IPD, OPD, and NA medicines on this URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"INSTRUCTIONS_FOR_THE_BENEFICIARY_USER_%E2%80%93_ECHS_Claim_Status\"><\/span>INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BENEFICIARY USER &#8211; ECHS Claim Status<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficiaries can upload their reimbursement claims themselves and submit a hard copy of their claim documents to the Parent Polyclinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) In Patient Bills (Where patient has undergone Admission in the Hospital for treatment)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) OPD Bills (OPD Consultation) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(c) NA Medicine \/ Pharmacy Bills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beneficiary must upload the claim by themselves by the following requirements: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) All documents need to be scanned properly and are clearly readable with all available details on the documents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) All documents have to be in the form of PDF format only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(c) The size of a single file should not be more than 2 MB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mandatory_documents_and_other_documents_for_various_types_of_beneficiary_claims_are_mentioned_against_each_below_as_per_ECHS_claim_procedure\"><\/span>Mandatory documents and other documents for various types of beneficiary claims are mentioned against each below as per ECHS claim procedure:-<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a_IPD_Reimbursement\"><\/span>(a) IPD Reimbursement <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ECHS Card Copy \u25aa Emergency certificate from Hospital \u25aa EIR (Emergency Intimation Report) \u25aa Discharge Summary \u25aa Contingent Bill \u25aa Final Bill with detailed break up \u25aa Reports \u25aa Copy of cancelled cheque. Required only first time the claim is uploaded \u25aa Advance payment receipt for above one lakh claim amount \u25aa Case Specific documents (if any)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"b_OPD_Reimbursement\"><\/span>(b) OPD Reimbursement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ECHS Card Copy \u25aa Prescription for investigation \u25aa Sanction letter for Investigation \u25aa Bill \u25aa Reports \u25aa Copy of cancelled cheque. Required only first time the claim is uploaded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"c_NA_Pharmacy_Reimbursement\"><\/span>(c) NA \/ Pharmacy Reimbursement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ECHS Card Copy \u25aa Prescription \u25aa Bill \u25aa Copy of cancelled cheque. Required only first time the claim is uploaded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to upload the Claim in the system a scanned copy of all the documents in pdf format of file size less than 2 MB should be kept handy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"After_having_the_scanned_copy_of_all_the_documents_following_are_the_steps_to_upload_the_claim_in_the_system\"><\/span>After having the scanned copy of all the documents following are the steps to upload the claim in the system:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the Website https:\/\/www.echsbpa.utiitsl.com <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After clicking the link following screen will come. Enter the Card No. and Mobile number registered with 64 KB Card to get OTP and login.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the OTP received on mobile number. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After login click the Member Claim> New Claim as shown in the Screen below.
